Plan de mejoramiento para fortalecer los procesos administrativos y financieros del colegio Parroquial San Roque

Abstract

The purpose of this degree project was to design and develop a plan that would allow the improvement of the quality of the administrative and financial processes of the Parroquial San Roque School, which sought an effective self-assessment process based on Guide 34 issued by the Ministerio de Educación Nacional According to the above; based on the information collected, the self-evaluation Guide No. 34 of the Ministerio de Educación Nacional was analyzed, in which only the matrix of administrative and financial management was addressed; Subsequently, with the results, the DOFA matrix was developed, which allowed a real diagnosis of the institution, which led to the preparation of the improvement plan, which enabled the development of strategies to reduce the expected impacts. Finally, some recommendations were derived to the institution, some limitations were set out from the collection and analysis of data, and finally, new related research was proposed.
