Abstract

The city of Bogotá currently has the services of aqueduct, electricity and gas distribution that makes it a city with a citizen development support. Risk analyzes become vital tools for administrations and companies providing home services in order to prioritize measures aimed at reducing or mitigating risk. Therefore, knowing that the risk is configured from the combination of elements of threat and vulnerability, it is necessary to collect and analyze quality information, which must be presented so that both the physical attributes of the territory can be spatialized As the geographical location of the elements under study, therefore, the use of Geographic Information Systems is essential for the development of products that support the different analyzes that will influence decision making. With the crossing of the cartographic information available and through the methodology presented in this work, it is possible to obtain the maps that spatialize the areas of the city that present associated risk to the community in order to be able to take measures that reduce the risk by reducing vulnerability of the lack of service or bad manipulation.
