Resumen
In the following report, we present the internship process carried out in collaboration with the Michin Foundation. One of the Foundation's main goals is for children to find greater satisfaction in the classroom than in other spaces, which can sometimes be unhelpful to their development. Based on this approach, we implemented the Batucada proposal, aiming to contribute new knowledge through play, voice, and body, among other elements, thus integrating the Orff methodology as a fundamental support. One of the objectives was for the children to recognize music through their corporeality, thus generating a solid foundation for recognizing basic musical rhythmic theory. During the process, we worked with four groups distributed across two different locations: one in Diana Turbay and the other in Bosa. At each location, two groups were formed: one with children between the ages of 6 and 12, and another with children between the ages of 12 and 15. This layout allowed us to clearly demonstrate the diversity in the classroom, not only in terms of age and number of students enrolled, but also in terms of learning pace and the active participation of each student. With this in mind, a detailed description of the process, the results obtained, and the pedagogical reflections that emerged during the experience are presented.
