Resumen
This work consists of a participatory action research proposal, with a flexible component that includes the artistic creation of sound performances, which consist of spoken interventions and ancestral music as mediation exercises in the classroom of the third grade of primary school of the IED The José Virrey Solis, located in Usme, Bogotá. In the state of the art I reviewed theoretical approaches from music therapy, anthropology and rituals of ancestral music and their contributions to education. In the theoretical framework I approach the political commitment of Sumak Kawsay, the reflective narrative as a consistent exercise of sound performances, where the theoretical contributions from emotionality are a source of knowledge in the production of autoetnographies as good-living paths. The inclusion of concepts such as sentipensamiento, listening with the heart and performance are the sources to put forward my methodology of “educación sentipensante”, which has been for my children and for me, of course, an exercise in knitting humanity, in building ourselves in daily harmony with our difficulties and successes.
