La necropolítica dentro de las medidas de bioseguridad implementadas en las cárceles de Bogotá

Abstract

Prisons are an establishment that was created with the intention of resocializing people who do not adapt to society and who therefore violate the terms of the law. This allows crime, insecurity and violence to be controlled, making the State guarantee a correct way to correct and that society remains safe. For this, it is understood that all individuals are holders of rights but that when they become persons deprived of their liberty, some of them are lost or modified, but those that guarantee a fundamental good are still maintained, those such as contact with the outside world, information, a dignified life and everything it requires; food, clothing, health and decent treatment.
