Resumen
Wind energy is a great source of clean energy available for consumption, which can be used by people who have difficulties accessing electricity networks as well as by people who have the space available for their implementation . Since the air currents are intermittent and do not have the required power in many cases, this type of energy can present great problems of instability and inefficiency, which raises the need to make the most of the air flows available to the region in which you want to implement these types of systems. Thanks to the aerodynamic optimization of the alabe - structure of the electric generators, the energy efficiency of the same can be increased. This project focuses on the Savonius-type wind turbine built and implemented at the District University.
