Formulación de estrategias de respuesta a emergencias sanitarias por el virus covid-19 con base en la evaluación de los impactos generados en el hospital Meissen E.S.E. ubicado en la ciudad de Bogotá

Abstract

COVID-19 not only represents a risk to the health of the general population, but also a important challenge for health-providing entities, since the virus represents a risk for workers and an important challenge for the entire health sector, the necessary adaptationand suddenness of all processes represented a significant challenge. Likewise, health-providing entities, specifically hospitals, went through a collapse of various magnitudes, and the need to adapt their processes to reduce costs and be more efficient in the provision of the service, which in turn guarantees quality and increase in coverage. The case of the Meissen E.S.E hospital was no different. located in the city of Bogotá, it is like this How this work aims to formulate response strategies to health emergencies by the COVID-19 virus based on the evaluation of the impacts generated in the hospital, Initially, the diagnosis of the hospital in general and the generation of infectious waste, to subsequently carry out an analysis of the generation of the different waste in 2020 and 2021. The areas of the hospital will also be identified and prioritized taking into account the areas of storage and sanitary route of each floor of the hospital. From the above, it will be carried out the matrix of aspects and impacts of COVID 19 in the hospital according to the methodology ISO 14001 and will be contrasted with the surveys carried out with 100 workers of the hospital in the administrative and care part, to complement the above, a analysis of expenses in water, energy and gas services for the year 2020 and 2021.
