Resumen
Given the need to adjust and update the processes carried out at the District University Francisco José de Caldas, the process operation model was updated with the help of the SIGUD team, assign a tutor and the group of industrial engineering interns from the same university; for this specific project we worked with all the documentation belonging to the process of institutional welfare, process that is divided by functional groups and whose leader is the Vice rector. In order to carry out this update, meetings were held with the actors and officials that run the activities, which was set up with the quality managers in each of the management offices and with which it was possible to update, eliminate and elaborate all the necessary documentation In order for the process to meet certain operating requirements, in addition to this, the base information was collected for the study of workloads in the university, this study was carried out with a total of officials workers from the procedures with meetings of approximately one hour per person were scheduled to gather said information. For the final stage of the project, the indicators and an integral map of risks were updated. For this update, holding meetings with the Director of Institutional Welfare, resulting in the creation of two new indicators and updating the risk map where these risks were adjusted and information on quality risks and corruption risks was added.
