Diseño de una metodología para la transición a la NTC ISO 9001:2015 en la Cooperativa Minuto de Dios

Abstract

This degree project describes the implementation of a transition from the NTC ISO 9001: 2008 standard to the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 in the Cooperativa Minuto de Dios, this transition is currently required in all the organizations that want to be certified in the latest high quality standards. It begins with a general contextualization of the organization at the present, together with the documentary supports of the norm that provide the readers of the project with a greater understanding of the objectives of the project and facilitate the understanding of it during its development. The transition of the standard of this work is divided into three steps, each tied to the specific objectives, first establishing a diagnosis that provides information on the current compliance of the organization under each of the 10 numerals of the updated standard, providing information starting from the flaws to work during the transition. In the background, an initial documentation of the results provided by the diagnosis is made, this document will be the support of the proposed activities to develop tools to update and document the quality management system under the new requirements of the NTC ISO 9001: 2015. The last step to guarantee the effectiveness of the transition is to socialize the documentation of the quality management system as a strategy to the external audit, in this part we want to give the collaborators of the organization the necessary knowledge of the new certification, so that necessary verifications are carried out in each of their processes, this will allow a constant update of the established tools to guarantee certification under high quality standards
