This article addresses the implementation of a direct measurement system for sales to the final consumer at Multidimensionales S.A.S., a necessary strategy to improve operational efficiency and accuracy in data collection. A central problem was identified related to the lack of a robust system that would allow for agile and effective sales analysis, which limited the company's ability to make informed strategic decisions. The justification for the study lies in the need to optimize business processes, providing the organization with tools that facilitate sales management and analysis. The main objective is to develop a system that automates data collection, improves internal communication and increases responsiveness to market dynamics. To achieve this objective, a methodology based on literature review and evaluation of existing systems, complemented by user research, was used. The results indicate a high level of satisfaction with the new system, showing significant improvements in operational efficiency and the quality of information available for decision-making. Users highlighted the reduction of errors in sales reports and the increased ability to adjust commercial strategies.
