Resumen
In this project, the pre-processing and processing necessary to obtain cadastral mapping on a scale of 1: 2000 was carried out, initially using the classic photogrammetric method involving the flight plan, interior orientation, external orientation, extraction of Digital Surface Model (MDS), point cloud editing and obtaining the digital Orthophotomosaic. For the generation of these products it was necessary to carry out the step-by-step processing in a semi-automatic way, in order to find the best result, both for the Digital Surface Model (MDS) as well as the Orthophotomosaic. It was determined whether the products generated from images acquired with ART comply with the conditions and the quality necessary to generate a multipurpose cadastral mapping. Different types of software were used to obtain these products, so a more complete evaluation was possible in the generation of Surface Digital Models (MDS), point clouds and Orthophotomosaics. Then the analysis of the stage of elaboration of the products was made. Thus, the positional accuracy evaluation was performed, using the Root Mean Squared Error (RMS) estimator and validating the results, as indicated by the Positional Accuracy Standards for Digital Geospatial Data (ASPRS). American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing. A step-by-step manual was also developed for the processing of this type of image in topography with smooth slopes. In addition, the methodology that was followed to obtain the products, such as the Digital Surface Model (MDS) and the Orthophotomosaic, is shown, where it is evident from the cartographic production, the initial process that is composed of the extraction of the points , Points of passage and aerotriangulation of the photogrammetric block thanks to the centers of the images, followed by the densification of the cloud of points composed by the cloud of densified points and the creation of the mesh and finally the generation of the Digital Surface Model ( MDS) and the Orthophotomosaic.
