| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia acerca la extinción de la esclavitud en toda la provincia, en el cual se realizaron acuerdos de varias proposiciones y explicaciones que son necesarias para la ejecución, una de estas es que debían ser notificadas a las cabeceras del cantón, así mismo a los distritos parroquiales por el alcalde, en la cual debían estar presente los dueños de los esclavos y los esclavos, por otro lado se debe presentar el listado con su respectivo valor avaluado siendo este de manera equitativa, se debe garantizar a los dueños de los esclavos o tenedores de los billetes que las deudas contraídas por la renta de las manumisiones tendrían lugar y que no podrían ser cubiertas íntegramente.
