Formulación del plan de emergencia y contingencia para la prestación de los servicios públicos domiciliarios de acueducto, alcantarillado y aseo en la Capilla Boyacá

Abstract

This document contains the Emergency and Contingency Plan for the Provision of Domiciliary Public Services of Aqueduct, Sewerage and Cleaning in the municipality of The Capilla in the department of Boyacá, its purpose is to guide the municipality so that in its condition as a direct provider of said services develop general emergency attention procedures and specific procedures for each identified risk scenario, therefore, it includes knowledge of the risk, definition of the institutional organization, definition of functions, responsibilities and general procedures to face specific emergency events. As well as, guidelines for the application of the plan in the event of an emergency. Definitively, the procedures defined for the risks associated with the provision of domiciliary public services are presented here, the instructions and information necessary to prepare, mobilize and use the available resources of the municipality are established, and it is established whether it is necessary to access external aid .
