Abstract

Among the functions of the department for the management of human talent there is the process of recruitment and selection of staff which requires the efficient handling of large amounts of information, especially because making wise decisions is important for the organization. Now information systems in the management of human talent facilitate collect, record, store, analyze and retrieve data related to human resources of the organization especially for the stage of recruitment and selection of staff during a working call; the latter being one of the activities SII Colombia company dedicated to providing services in the computer area, consulting, Software Factory Testing Factory, Human Resource Management among others. So is all this that the purpose of this project lies in the fact provide the company SII Colombia a way that can the human resources department to make use of the benefits of Web information systems, with special emphasis on the procedure for selection of staff.
