Resumen
This paper presents the model for the standardization and management of consumable materials in the projects carried out by the private company "Construalmanza S.A.", from the beginning to its completion, based on the LEAN CONSTRUCTION methodology. Model that by using simple control techniques (Last Planner) makes the construction process more productive in order to obtain a quality product and compliance showing the possible positive results in scope, time and cost of large-area projects, this being the main activity of the company. Once the consumables have been identified with the greatest loss in large-area projects within the company and applying one of the most important premises of Lean Construction. Model that by using simple control techniques (Last Planner) makes the construction process more productive in order to obtain a quality product and compliance showing the possible positive results in scope, time and cost of large-area projects, this being the main activity of the company.Once we have identified the consumables with the greatest loss in the projects of large areas within the company and applying one of the most important premises of Lean Construction which aims to determine the small improvements in the processes that can be obtained quickly, achieving visible results in the short term and with the effective participation of customers and end users during the design process, the model for the standardization and management of consumable materials will be proposed. Through the Scrum methodology the client’s requirements will be prioritized, the project will be controlled, the human team will be strengthened and finally the information will be systematized in order to obtain the best possible result and corresponding to the interests of those who will really benefit from the process.
