Psychosocial risk factors are involved in the working life of each person, these include the interactions between the work environment, the characteristics of working conditions, relations among workers, organization, worker characteristics, culture, your needs and your personal situation outside of work. The main objective of this study was to identify and evaluate psychosocial risk factors in workers area glaze company ABBA and set the level of stress area officials. For it was attended by 45 workers belonging to the area of enamel, which administered the questionnaire psychosocial risk factors Intralaboral (Form A and B), Extra Work, Questionnaire for the evaluation of stress and Sheet General Data . The results show a high level of Psychosocial Risk management positions and means for operating charges. In assessing stress they scored both positions with a high level. dimensions and domains that scored high risk and correlated with the index of Pearson were taken, were taken from 0.70 until closer to 1 or -1. It is concluded that the area of industrial safety in conjunction with the human resources area must manage a joint effort with the ARL, since the evaluation showed results with a significant impact at the level of stress in their entire staff, this being a remarkable feature in the study population. Based on the results of a proposed intervention to reduce levels of job stress and psychosocial risk generally it arises.
