Abstract

This work presents the development of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) according to Resolution 0312 of 2019 for Zigma Construcciones Ltda; a company dedicated to the remodeling and finishing of residential homes in the city of Bogotá D.C, which has around 10 workers. Zigma Construcciones Ltda, is a subcontractor of Warehouses Corona S.A.S, a manufacturer and trader of materials and supplies for civil works, which through third parties provides the installation service for its clients; For this reason, it is essential for the company that its installed companies, in this case Zigma Construcciones Ltda, have the implementation and certification of the SG-SST to carry out the corresponding activities in the works commissioned. For the above, an initial diagnosis is developed through the table of the minimum standards of the SG-SST of Resolution 0312 of 2019, taking into account the minimum requirements that the company must meet according to its size and level of risk corresponding to its economic activity, subsequently the Matrix of Legal Requirements, the Matrix of Risks and Occupational Hazards, the scope of the OSH Policy, the objectives of the SG-OSH, the Annual Work Plan were defined and finally the Plan of Annual Training in Safety and Health at Work. Once the aforementioned was done, the table of the minimum standards of the SG-SST of Resolution 0312 of 2019 was applied again, in order to compare the impact of this work, in terms of the SG-SST of the organization, in the that whose evaluation was criticism and finally is ACCEPTABLE.
