Through the development of a production model for a mass customization system, it seeks to achieve the ability to quickly design, produce and supply products that meet the specific needs of each differentiated customer at prices close to traditional mass production. That is to say, satisfy the specific needs of the clients, being efficient in costs and producing in large volumes. The main advantage that it presents compared to traditional production is that the company can respond to the specific needs of each client with prices equivalent to the production in large quantities, maintaining quality and delivery time, this is done in an interaction mode. with the manufacturer who is responsible for providing the customized solution. From a practical point of view, you have the experience of working in a company in the sector for four (4) years and having developed experience as an entrepreneur in the lingerie sector for a period of two (2) years. The lack in the market of a textile product that allows the client to do it in his style and that the producer can sell it to him, indicates a great opportunity for research, to elaborate and develop a feasible solution. With the saturation of the same in the market, a degree of dissatisfaction is detected that would allow us to think that having innovation in the product would sell more. The research is carried out in order to cover a very important and essential need, such as providing the implementation of a production model for a mass personalization system, that adjusts to each personal style, reliable and that helps to feel satisfaction. The raison d'être of the project is to provide solutions to the problems that have been detailed in order to meet the proposed goals of satisfying and contributing to the development of the industrial sector.
