Formulación de una guía para la implementación de la norma GLOBALG.A.P. IFA v.6 en los cultivos de Uchuva (Physalis peruviana L.) en el municipio de Floresta, Boyacá

Abstract

The objective of this degree work is to formulate a guide for the implementation of the GLOBALG.A.P. standard. IFA v.6 in cape gooseberry (Physalis peruviana L.) crops in the municipality of Floresta, Boyacá, specifically in the Agroindustrial Association of Fruit Growers La Floresta (ASOFLORESTA). The research is based on the agricultural context of the region and the low level of adoption of international certifications by producers, which limits their access to export markets. The methodology was structured in five stages: technical-normative review of GLOBALG.A.P., participatory diagnosis with local actors, design of evaluation tools, formulation of the implementation methodology and definition of the certification process. The results include the identification of technical and regulatory foundations of the standard, the development of checklists and diagnostic formats, the proposal of a methodology based on the PHVA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act) and the description of the stages necessary to obtain and maintain certification. The resulting guide seeks to facilitate the understanding and application of the standard by cape gooseberry producers, contributing to the strengthening of Good Agricultural Practices, productive sustainability, international competitiveness and rural development of Floresta, Boyacá.
