Primera aproximación a la evaluación ex ante de la implementación de los POMCAS aprobados por la Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca en el periodo 2002-2012

Abstract

Within the framework of the internship as a modality of work of degree, carried out in the Regional Corporation of Cundinamarca-CAR, which overcomes the lack of an analysis of the economic component of the plans of management and management of hydrographic basins-POMCH de los ríos Bogotá, Ubaté and Suárez, formulated under decree No.1729 of 2002 of the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Territorial Development-MAVDT, includes the technical component in order to incorporate concepts that lead to an integral analysis of the subject in question. The main objective of this document is to analyze the execution of the plans of management and management of the hydrographic basins in mention, from the technical and economic components; In order to meet this objective, different strategies were proposed. The project has two parts, the analysis of the economic component, which allows to totalize the investment and justify the sources of financing of the projects and part two, related to the engineering field, which proposes an optimization model for the evaluation of the projects of the POMCH that responds to the needs of the alma mater.
