Resumen
This article pretends to give an understanding on the Restorative Justice approach as a parallel base for the construction of a peace culture on young students of two public schools from Bogotá. Understanding this several approaches related to Justice and mediation (Restorative Justice, Management of conflicts, students and participants.) will provide elements for analysis and having a wider vision in order to construct a peace culture with young students. To achieve this, a documental revision was carried out that apply for this type of conciliation and management of conflicts, on some communities as a complementary strategy and alternative model of justice. Therefore, it is proposed to create basic elements used to analyze from a qualitative approach and a participatory action research method which emphasizes the intervention dynamics and notions applied form the pedagogical field. Finally, a series of conclusions are proposed emphasizing on those that contribute to each one of the described categories: Management of conflicts, Restorative Justice, Youth Cultures, and peace processes, which will affect the recognition of social relationships with people involved on conflict situations.
