Plan De Mejoramiento Sanitario Para La Planta Avícola "Criollo Criollo Ltda (Fusagasugá-Cundinamarca)".

Abstract

This project was developed in order to design a plan for improving health Criollo Criollo poultry plant Ltd., Located in the municipality of Fusagasuga (Cundinamarca) taking into account the requirements of the National Institute of Food and Drug Monitoring (INVIMA). During the execution of this project it was found that the poultry plant Criollo Criollo Ltda., Did not have procedures to ensure the hygiene of the product offered to the final consumer, so an analysis of the different processes was performed in the processing plant bird to provide solutions, designing an improvement plan with which would go beyond the training of personnel involved but give the proper management of solid, liquid and adapt the facilities to provide a better product.
