Resumen
The main objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between territorial planning and the implementation of the CERS strategy in the municipality of Busbanzá, Boyacá, during the period from 2019 to 2023. A significant lack of updated territorial information and documentation processes during the execution of CERS in the municipality highlights the necessity for this analysis. The CERS strategy, promoted by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection (MSPS), aims to prioritize health through structural and participatory interventions in territorial planning, recognizing human rights and addressing inequalities.
What sets this strategy apart is its systemic approach, which integrates various elements into territorial development. The research results are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the relationship between territory and health, identifying key determinants for future public policies. Additionally, the findings aim to serve as a reference for other municipalities interested in adopting the CERS strategy, thereby promoting a more equitable and healthy development.
