Análisis de Pre - Factibilidad operacional y financiera para la implementación de una nueva línea de negocio de concreto para la empresa Agregados la Peña Horeb S.A.S. en Fusagasugá Cundinamarca

Abstract

The purpose of this document is to determine the feasibility, at the pre-feasibility level, for the implementation of a premixed concrete production line of the company Aggregates. This type of research seeks to take advantage of the growth of the civil construction sector in the department of Cundinamarca. This study is based on the progress of civil constructions in Cundinamarca, which according to DANE for 2022, the quarterly variation and contribution by construction status according to the areas in coverage (enabled for construction), has been in the first quarter of 22.8%. According to the above, this study covers the following general activities of the entire project investigation: Sector study, ready-mixed concrete market study, technical studies, legal and environmental study and the pre-feasibility study of the project. AGGREGATES DE LA PEÑA HOREB is a company in the first industrial sector, dedicated to mining and extraction of raw materials, with 20 years of experience in the market providing raw material sales services. In its corporate business strategy, the incursion into new markets that offer long-term profitability is evident, which is why planning as an investment alternative is composed of the implementation of a new line of business in premixed concrete for the Sabana de Bogotá. The markets that the new product intends to reach are: large construction companies, civil works contractors and large hardware stores. The project will be located in Fusagasugá Cundinamarca with an installed capacity of 150,000 m3 / Year.
