Resumen
Currently, planning and directing the ICT infrastructure of an organization is a job that requires a very solid foundation for the application of the fundamental concepts, as well as the management and skills of the staff. Special skills are required in understanding, for example, how network systems are composed and structured and what their strengths and weaknesses are. To achieve an adequate implementation and optimal adaptation to the constant changes that occur in information technologies, it is necessary to have a consistent administrative management system that allows parameters and guidelines to be established in the actions of the company's processes. strategies in favor of efficient compliance with organizational goals and objectives. In addition, every administrative system determines a series of procedures that must be respected by its members and that allow each step they take to point towards the same ends. In the present work we develop a model of administrative management and service provision for the organization Intranet Telecomunicaciones SAS under the normal RITEL as a proposal for change in the current administration since it is a company that is entering the market since 2016 and it does not have an adequate structural guide for the effective development of its economic activity.
