Resumen
The main objective of this project is the development of a strategic plan to improve administrative management in the Company “Logística y Distribuciones Sobre Ruedas S.A.S” and can guide the way to the scope of its vision, providing feasible tools for a more efficient planning and control of the processes that are developed, as well as look for opportunities that can be harnessed and maximize the qualities of their strengths in order to be a more competitive entity and recognized in the market, thanks to the attention , compliance, accountability and service delivery in general. As a first step, developed a general description of the problem, where sustained the failures that have in the management administrative of the company, followed by the approach of the specific objectives that is sought with the development of the plan; there pose the scope and the methodology that was used as the final part of this chapter. In the second chapter, was exposed a framework of reference in the economic sector which the organization operates, followed by an overview and history that has built; finally the theoretical framework of the overall theme. In the third chapter entered the general diagnosis of “Logística y Distribuciones Sobre Ruedas SAS”, taking as first measure the diagnosis of its strategic platform in which leads the description and the analysis of its mission, vision, corporate values, organizational structure, portfolio of services and processes that are carried out. Also was realised its respective diagnosis internal and external supported in each functional area and each critical factor of the average evaluated in the respective matrix of evaluation of factors. In the fourth chapter, an important section is presented, because the matrix of opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses is designed, that concluded the previous diagnosis and the respective confrontation between them generating strategies that should be followed to take a path that generates more security in the market and helps the development of the business exponentially. The draft strategic plan was developed in the fifth chapter, starting with the description of the strategic objectives; the potential strategies that support the fulfilment of the above, attached hereto the respective action plan and management indices for achieving each objective was based are chosen. With this was finished the structure or general body of the project. In chapter six and seven were presented and described the respective conclusions of the study and the recommendations given to the company. The Annexes are attached to the remainder of the document presented.
