Abstract

In the work developed within the execution of the internship, the methodologies applied and the results obtained during the execution of the internship are documented in detail; The internship is carried out in order to build, update and adjust the procedures of the Strategic and Institutional Planning and Communications of the Process Operation Model of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, to consolidate a process that fully represents the activities that they work within the university and that in turn allows the adoption of the approach in the processes with dependencies that interact in the macroprocess of Strategic Management and also the development and advance of policy 4: the modernization of the administrative management, financial and human talent, within the framework of the strategic development plan 2008-2016 of the Francisco José de Caldas District University; In addition to this, it includes the lifting of the information base for carrying out the study of the workloads of each process of the Strategic and Institutional Planning and Communications processes
