Resumen
This report describes the results obtained from the design and implementation of didactic units for the teaching of the concept of matter in third and fifth grades of Hogar San Mauricio school as part of the internship developed during the first semester of 2017, with the objective of providing didactic tools and methodological developments that allow a greater learning of the sciences specifically the Concept of matter contributing to overcome learning difficulties in response to the variety of special educational needs and disabilities found in the inclusive classroom. During the implementation of the proposal, it is evident that students offer simple explanations to the nature of the matter, their ideas are based mainly on what they can see and feel, presenting difficulties in interpreting the micro level of the matter. Each of the activities pursued followed a specific goal, however the ultimate goal of involving each student in the activities, minimizing learning difficulties and taking into account the diversity of the classroom as a positive value for teamwork, was achieved, being the motivation and interest in science and technology conditioning to achieve a true meaningful learning that allowed them to apply their knowledge in solving everyday problems and analysis of phenomena.
