Resumen
Throughout the change generated in education due to the health emergency of Covid 19, where the face-to-face academic processes have been directed to continue at home with the guidance and pedagogical accompaniment of their teachers and the mediation of their families (Ministry of Education Nacional [MEN], 2020), has been notorious in teachers deficiencies in some digital skills, affecting their teaching. In this context, the present investigative work aimed to train 5 teachers in natural sciences in some digital skills, using digital tools such as Saberes, Genially and Cmaptools through a virtual learning environment in e-learning mode. The methodology used to approach this research work was through a qualitative, descriptive approach, based on the Research - Action method. To this end, as an initial phase, surveys, semi-structured interviews, review of guides designed for triangulation were carried out, then the training in competencies was designed and carried out through the EVA, at the end the learning assessment is made through rubrics such as data collection techniques. As a result of the research, a positive change was evidenced in teachers, by strengthening their digital skills and competencies in the management of digital tools.
