Resumen
It is intended to implement the Project Management Maturity Model in the APIA organization, SAS projects and solutions. starting from the need to analyze each and every one of the intrinsic components of the organization in the area and how it has carried out its processes in project management. Starting from premises previously studied by experts in the area and that allow us to broadly analyze: (i) Standardization, as a process of adjustment or adaptation of characteristics; (ii) Measurable, such as the possibility of weighing the processes in the organization; (iii) Control, such as the analysis of the extent to which processes are controllable and managed; (iv) Improvement, which the organization strives to increase improvements in processes. The above using the tools of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or Organizational Maturity Model in Project Management (OPM3), for a continuous analysis process in the organization. The previous process allows us to analyze how the organization is using its management processes and therefore determine improvement indicators that lead the company to make corrections in its processes, to generate greater benefits in project management, reduce the risks of loss. due to their poor management and thus generate value for the organization. Starting from the fundamental fact, that proper project management allows us to demonstrate their success or failure, and as an ideal process tends to solve daily problems that arise in project management.
