Abstract

Indicators Related to accidents at work and occupational diseases in building’s sector have shown the necesity of more exhaustive intervention in Safety and Health Management Systems in this area, while stressing the importance of accompanying construction's professionals in programs that seek to safeguard the health and life of workers; therefore this research project mode internship intended to describe the accompanying provided by a construction area with a student in the Epidemiological Surveillance Program of a company dedicated to the buildings' construction and the impact on the workers' health and scheduling the work that was running the company; for this, the student chose a purposive sample of ten workers of the operational area at the company who had suffered and / or were exposed to accidents and occupational diseases (ATEL).
