La afectividad y la creatividad: ejes fundamentales en el replanteamiento del proyecto de vida de la población cesante

Abstract

In the workshops given by the compensational fund of the Cafam family, in a program of the Solidarity Fund, Employment Promotion and Cessation Protection (Fosfec) denominated as Keys and Transversals, there is evidence of the need to strengthen affectivity in the population (emotional intelligence and resilience) and creativity (languages of artistic expression) as fundamental axes in the rethinking of the life project, changing in them the perspective of the ceasing situation as a difficult and defeating process, to focus instead on the opportunity for improvement and possibility of change to carry out the project of life that has always been wanted. The totality of the researched population shows in full that their dream life project does not correspond with what they did due to circumstances related to money (shortage, assuming responsibilities at a young age, unwanted pregnancies and therefore responsibility with the children, between others), therefore, these spaces are an important point of support for the population.
