Generación de una base de datos espaciales de cartografía básica obtenida de restituciones fotogramétricas del casco antiguo de la ciudad de Panamá a escala 1:1 000 aplicando lineamientos de infraestructuras de datos espaciales

Abstract

It is desired to create a spatial database that stores the result of transferring the information of photogrammetric returns in CAD format to a GIS environment, using a modeling tool of the ArcGIS software "Model Builder", and information such as the Data Infrastructure guidelines Space - IDE, as geographic information standards, referring to ISO standards 19131: 2007 / Am.1: 2011 - Technical Specifications; 19110: 2016 - Catalog of Geographical Objects; 19117: 2012 - Representation (symbology); 19157: 2013 - Design and Documentation of Geographic Data Quality. The photogrammetric refunds (RF) were generated for the survey of the multiform cadastre of the metropolitan area of Panama city, between 2008 and 2009. These RF have not changed significantly, so it considers a material of good characteristics to create a cartography at a scale of 1: 1000, which will contribute to the improvement of the cartographic bases of the National Geographic Institute Tommy Guardia de Panamá (IGNTG) and the Panamanian Infrastructure of Spatial Data (IPDE).
