Resumen
The research carried out in this document is developed in the municipality of Tenjo (Cundinamarca), it is initially based on the generation of homogeneous physical rural areas, carrying out a prior study of variables such as: soil category, activity areas, homogeneous areas of land, current land cover / use, soil type according to current cover / use, amount of water in the area and access roads of the study municipality, with the support of the above variables, prior knowledge of the municipality is obtained , in order to apply the necessary methodologies for the elaboration of the respective physical homogeneous zones, supporting the information based on the document "Methodology for the Preparation of the Study of Homogeneous Physical and Geoeconomic Zones of the" Agustín Codazzi "Geographic Institute, corresponding to the year 2017. Subsequently, the Hierarchical Analytic Process (AHP for its acronym in English: Analytic Hierarchy Process) is used, which was developed by Saaty (1980), a well-known method in the field of analysis through multicriteria decision, with which It seeks to generate the homogeneous rural geoeconomic areas of the municipality. Initially, it is required to consult with experts the variables included in the model and their weight according to the importance of each one, through a questionnaire (survey), which seeks to obtain a prospective value of the homogeneous rural geoeconomic areas of the municipality of Tenjo, which will be reflected in a plane.
