Resumen
This project addresses the problem of inventory management and routing from a multi-objective perspective, seeking to impact the associated logistics costs and profit margin in the supply chain of SMEs that manufacture phytosanitary products such as pesticides. IRP models seek to optimize the costs associated with storage and transportation according to the restrictions of the characterized supply chain (demand, plant capacity, vehicle capacity, available inventory, quantity of product to be delivered), seeking to meet the needs of customers for the defined horizon. Within the development of this project, different solution methods used in the consulted literature were evaluated and a heuristic was developed that allowed obtaining efficient results in terms of logistics costs and use of computational resources.
