Resumen
The purpose of this internship is to create a strategic plan for Fabricaciones y Montajes S.A.S., located in the municipality of Sopó, to enhance its competitiveness, centralize decision-making, and define the opportunities and challenges the company faces in the market. According to the proposed methodology, a diagnosis and strategic analysis of the company's current situation were conducted using a SWOT matrix (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). This allowed for the collection of strategic information to understand the internal and external environment of the company. Subsequently, a matrix known as the "BCG" (Boston Consulting Group) was developed to evaluate the company's portfolio of products and services and allocate resources in the most appropriate manner. During the second phase of the project, a PESTEL analysis was conducted to understand the macroeconomic factors that could affect Fabricaciones y Montajes S.A.S., enabling the company to adapt its strategic management to changes and environmental factors. Based on the data collected and analyzed, the third phase involved defining value propositions and a plan to ensure the effective implementation of strategies, as well as measuring performance and evaluating expenses and capacities to determine viability.
