Abstract

This project aims to develop an environmental assessment of water resource management for human consumption in Sector 2 of Chorrillos, at a micro-regional level from the perspective of Integrated Water Resource Management (IWRM), with the aim of making visible a population that it faces great challenges having access to the resource, taking into account the efficient use of water and its risks, the constraints and potential that condition the resource, regulation, equitable distribution, negotiation mechanisms and governance instruments that allow environmentally value the conservation and sustainability of this natural resource. Despite different policies, plans, programs and projects from the institutional and the POT, it has not been possible to construct a successful end to the provision of these public services in Sector 2 of Chorrillos.
