Resumen
This document exposes the process and activities that were carried out to determine the tenure analysis of the rural property for the Piamonte intervention unit, in the plan for the social ordering of rural property executed in the municipality of Cáceres. Initially, it is contextualized on the regulations that govern the Social Ordering Plans of Rural Property and the objectives that these seek to achieve, relying on the Multipurpose Cadastre tool. The analysis was carried out in one of the six intervention units, this unit received the name of Piamonte, and Piamonte is also one of the corregimientos that the municipality of Cáceres has. Entering the practical part of the document, the phases in which the project was developed were mentioned. Taking as the first phase the realization of social cartography with the social leaders in the different villages belonging to the intervention unit of Piedmont. The second phase is the property recognition of each of the properties located on the sidewalks, in this phase, the physical and legal information of the properties is collected in the company of the owners and finally the post-processing phase of the information collected In the field and analysis of the formal and informal layer, in this phase, the boundaries are verified with the support of plans and the formal and informal layer is built in the company of the legal team. Finally, the results obtained in each of the phases mentioned above are mentioned. The analysis serves to clarify the exact number of formal and informal properties that currently exist in the Piedmont intervention unit, likewise, it also seeks to provide specific data for the cadastral formalization that is sought to be carried out in the municipality of Cáceres.
