Abstract

This research work recognizes the process of creating a craft book looking to analyze a creative process with a group of women from the Shiyta organization through the application of workshops focused on issues such as decision making, limits, communication, resolution of conflicts, self-concept, cooperation that seek to empower and reaffirm the organization through dance theater painting music and in this way replicate the concepts and experiences seen throughout the Human Development specialization with Emphasis on Affective and Creative Processes that allow rethinking from the identity and in this way can strengthen and / or generate a positive impact in the processes of communication and cooperation in turn involving the creative experience from the particularity of each of the women, and collecting those experiences in what we call a book of memories "We Grow Together, We Grow All" made by them and for them, where the conclusions and actions to be taken as a group are verified
