Resumen
The directive management from our perspective and experience as researchers and active actors of educational processes, must generate an adequate environment to express and receive opinions, emotions, feelings and ideas through any communication channel, recent events that society around the world has faced, has directly or indirectly forced educational entities to generate many more digital channels where this purpose is evidenced in the same way. This qualitative-descriptive research carried out an analysis of assertive communication from what was proposed by the Ministry of National Education, through the observation and semi-structured interview with three members of the directive management of a private educational institution in Bogotá in which, two of the researchers were educators and also in-depth reading of the institutional educational project of the same, focused on values and communication. After the triangulation of the information through atlas.ti 8, it led us to the possibility of proposing a digital strategy to suggest an improvement in the institutional action plan and that should be clarified, it is in the process of construction and adaptation to starting from the approach with the managers of the campus, so that the suggestions and perceptions can be implemented in the short term.
