Formulación del plan de emergencias y contingencias de la “Fundación Proyecto de Vida – Sede Ciudad Bolívar”

Abstract

This document proposes an Emergency and Contingency Plan for the Life Project Foundation, which is based on the parameters proposed by the Guide to Prepare Emergency Plans and Contingencies, among other normative guidelines such as the Seismic Resistance Standard NSR-10 and the Human Security Code (NFPA 101). In the diagnostic phase, the acquisition of primary and secondary information was carried out, which was later compared with the models found in the bibliography. From the application of the Color Methodology and the Semiquantitative Method (GHA), the identification and evaluation of risks and impacts and emergency scenarios or analysis of vulnerability of the institution was made. After obtaining the results of the vulnerability analysis, we proceeded to raise the document from the information, operational and strategic frameworks, on which the organization should direct its activities in order to implement this emergency plan.
