Resumen
The development of this document was based on the assessment of environmental effects in the Ecological Park lagoon Tabacal through arrays of Conessa Fernandez (1997) and Frederick Vester, in order to formulate the plan for environmental management of tourism development based on good practice guide for providers of nature tourism developed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in year 2012 and the sectoral Colombian technical standards: NTS-TS 001-1- tourist destinations in Colombia.
