dc.description	El proyecto de pasantía inicia como un apoyo a la implementación del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental (SGA); se realizó en dos etapas con una duración de 5 meses en los que, a través de la revisión del estado del arte, se identificaron varias oportunidades de mejora esto llevó a establecer un conjunto de herramientas que permitieron la implementación del SGA presentadas en este informe; finalmente, se hace un acompañamiento y seguimiento de los indicadores efectuados para realizar un diagnóstico del antes y el después y así fortalezas y debilidades en la implementación de la ISO 14001:2015 para el año 2017.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The internship project begins as a support to the implementation of the Environmental Management System (SGA); it was carried out in two stages with a duration of 5 months in which, through the review of the state of the art, several opportunities for improvement were identified. This led to the establishment of a set of tools that allowed the implementation of the EMS presented in this report; finally, an accompaniment and follow-up of the indicators carried out is made to make a diagnosis of the before and after and thus strengths and weaknesses in the implementation of ISO 14001: 2015 for the year 2017.	spa
