Apoyo y soporte en el proceso de gestión predial y en la elaboración de insumos técnicos para el proyecto corredor del sur fase iii del programa “vías para la equidad”

Abstract

The transport infrastructure of the southern part of the country has been intervened to guarantee a fast and efficient connectivity between territorial entities and even their commercial relationship with other countries, this is the case of the South Corridor Phase III, section of track between the corregimiento of Santana and the municipality of San Miguel, which, in the future, intends to become part of a road connection, that communicates the Colombian territory with Ecuador and Venezuela. The development of this project will be in charge of INVIAS (Instituto Nacional de Vías). On the other hand, the processes of technical support in the generation of supplies and property management for the Phase III, will be carried out through the company INGENIERÍA, GESTIÓN INMOBILIARIA Y CATASTRO INGICAT S.A.S., with the objective of carrying out the acquisition procedure by the National Government of the strips of land necessary for the construction of the road project.
