Guía metodológica básica para la planificación energética regional

Abstract

First, a description of the state of the art is made under concepts and axes that have characterized energy planning internationally and that for the preparation of this guide turn out to be of great importance. On the one hand, competitiveness should be the axis by which energy planning is required according to the economic development of a country, based on transversal axes, such as energy efficiency and security, which are complemented by means of transformation Digital and energy productivity, concepts that have taken strength in the solution to global needs for social, environmental and economic benefit. The needs to be covered when carrying out energy planning in a government, administration or society are raised, in addition to structuring a base scheme for the information that must be taken into account in this process, projecting global, continental and national structures and scenarios in terms of policies energy, energy balances, regulation and regulations. In this same order of ideas and based on the need of Colombian regions in terms of productivity and competitiveness based on the energy sector, a guide-document was developed that highlights key aspects of how to carry out energy planning in a region of Colombia .
