This work was carried out in the La Reserva biopark located in the town of Cota, where the educational part in the topics of animal welfare, sustainable use and conservation is handled as a key point; during the internship, an observation is carried out to identify what are the strengths and weaknesses in the educational part, where it is possible to identify cycle 1 workshops that should be modified, communicators who despite playing a fundamental role as transmitters of new knowledge do not know much about what teaching is or how to do it, a traditional teaching is also observed where only information is transmitted and where the construction of new knowledge is not carried out. For this reason, the objectives of this work are to instill in the communicators of the La Reserva Biopark the importance of knowing everything about the teaching-learning process, to build or improve the Biopark workshops, to design didactic units based on the significant learning approach in order to show the communicators a much better teaching method than the traditional one they use, since it can be more interesting for children and, above all, can achieve a better relationship between communicator and child, and most importantly, to encourage, through training, the communicators, the importance of implementing these units in each of their tours.
