Abstract

Given the high traffic of buyers and the constant activity in TOTTO warehouses, the need arose to carry out regular and effective maintenance of its facilities. Therefore, in this report we will address the interventions carried out by the infrastructure maintenance area led by the Financial and Administrative Management, implementing a plan called “maintenance brigades” with the aim of improving the comfort, safety, cleanliness of the spaces and areas available for product display and customer interaction in their points of sale; based on the monitoring, management and control of the activities that were carried out providing a detailed view of them, evaluating the impact of the improvements obtained and possible recommendations to be considered for future implementations of the plan.
