Abstract

In recent years, the footwear sector in Colombia has presented various difficulties, mainly in the micro-enterprises that are dedicated to the process of footwear production in the city of Bogotá, Restrepo neighborhood, since these inconveniences and problems tend to stop and diminish greatly. percentage the growth and competitiveness of these organizations in the local and national market. Taking into account the above, it is necessary to develop different alternatives that allow solving the inconveniences and problems that arise in micro-companies belonging to the footwear industry, in the El Restrepo neighborhood, Bogotá, according to the analysis carried out The alternative solution proposed corresponds to an evaluation of improvements in each of the jobs in the production process to determine the critical factors and thus implement improvements in these processes to increase the competitiveness of the micro-companies belonging to the footwear production sector to increase the production volumes and meet domestic demand.
