It shows the process in which the prototype of the cocoa pulper is made, the analysis of the need is made, where the starting point for the information acquisition process is prepared, on the phases to what the result is. and the different techniques used, the objective of the study, the establishment of the area of work and the process that can be improved, which is focused on the first stage of the transformation of the fruit, cutting and separation of components; therefore, a characteristic of the cocoa pod is made, its own physical properties are established, an analysis of its structure is carried out, by experimental means, it is found in conjunction with other research tools such as the user's voice, delivering the specifications or the inputs to the system What is a relation for the development of the engineering specifications or the aspects that must be taken into account in the conceptual design process, thus obtaining the system outputs required by the user, establishing some restrictions in this dimensional and productive case, in this way the designs are published so that the basic aspects of the prototype are fulfilled, the selection made and the design of the composition of the components, the analysis of the materials and the geometries so you can deliver the best theoretical results, finding systems that meet the ali mentation. of the raw material, cutting the husk of the cocoa pod and then separating its components.
