Resumen
This manual aims to establish the guidelines for the radiant Look hairdresser, since in this place there is a high rate of contracting infections due to biological risk, whose main cause is the shared use of equipment or sharp instruments, in order to avoid dissemination of diseases such as HIV, hepatitis B and C; through training, providing the worker with all the elements of personal protection and inputs to ensure that the Biosafety protocols are followed in the benefit of users. Initially the visit to the establishment will be made to know their processes, then the diagnosis will be made in relation to the current state of the microenterprise with respect to compliance with the regulations through the collection of information provided by the personnel in charge of each of them. the areas in order to identify the biological risks faced by personnel in general. With the data obtained, we will proceed to determine the patterns for the realization of the checklists with which they will be verified and a record of the areas that guarantee the fulfillment of the requirements given by Resolution 2117 June 2010 will be kept; in terms of the risk factors present in the study activity, the exposure to physical, chemical, biological, locative and psychosocial risk factors is taken into account, through the application of a methodology for the assessment and prioritization of risk factors , and its relation with the possible affectations generated in the health of the workers proposing the possible preventive and corrective actions. Consecutively a Cleaning, Disinfection and Cleaning protocol will be elaborated; establishing the procedures, instructions and records that must be carried out. In addition, the signaling needed by the different areas such as the personal protection elements, the class of fire extinguishers and their location, and the demarcation of the area, both horizontally and vertically, will be determined. Regarding the final disposal of chemical substances the first thing will be to determine the amount of waste that is produced in each of the processes for the provision of the different services. This will classify waste and propose the possible methods to make a good final disposal. of waste.
